Do the kids get enough nutrition?

I would have to say yes, at least as far as my kids are concerned. To be frank they are eating the same foods as before, only cooked in a slightly more effective and healthy manner. Instead of eating pretzels or pop corn, they eat various types of nuts and dried or fresh fruits or whole wheat bread or multi-grain bagels etc. Rather than drinking soda or pink lemonade, they drink lemonade made of honey and lemon juice. Instead of frozen yogurt or ice cream, they have a cup of homemade yogurt with blueberries on the side. I am not a nutritionist, but overall I think they are eating things that are much superior in quality than before and are sure getting more nutrition than before.
