- Grind 4 tbsp roasted peanuts or sesame seeds, a cup coriander leaves and mix with half cup of besan (chanaa daal flour), 1 tbsp aam choor powder and salt. If you want you can add some ground green peppers to make it more spicy.

- Take green chili peppers (the fat and long ones). Slit them lengthwise. You can also remove the seeds optionally.

- Stuff the peppers with the besam mix

- Place the peppers on a nonstick baking pan and bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or so, until they are a little brownish and crispy.

- They are very delicious and you can eat all you want!
