Methi / Fenugreek Leaves Parota

- Finely chop half a pound of onions and a half pound to one pound of the fenugreek leaves.

- Dry roast the onions for a couple of minutes. Then add the leaves and cook / roast for another couple of minutes.

- Add 8-10 ground green peppers, 1 tbsp aam choor powder, 1 quarter tsp salt. Add some ground roasted sesame seeds powder. You can use any other nuts of your choice.

- Add all these to two cups of wheat flour or a mixture of wheat and millet flour. You probably might be able to mix it with the water in the cooked / chopped leaves alone, so be careful while adding water.

- Take a lemon-sized ball of the dough, and roll it like roti and cook in a pan like a pancake.

- This tastes exceptional.
