Red Bell Peppers Chutney

1 large or 2 medium Red Bell Peppers
4-6 green peppers (to make it spicy) – cut into halves to avoid splattering
1 quarter cup roasted sesame seeds
1 quarter cup roasted black gram
1-2 tbsp aam choor powder
¼ tsp salt

- Roast or bake the red bell peppers until they are soft with brown patches. Remove the seeds (either before roasting or before grinding)
- Grind the roasted black gram and sesame seeds till powdery
- Add the rest and grind well

- This looks gorgeously red and enticing. Add plenty of coriander leaves of you want but this might spoil the red color.
