Roasted Chana Daal (Dhalia) Powder

Uses: This is a low fat powder than the peanut powder and is great with Upma. You can also mix some water or yogurt to it in a small bowl to the consistency of tomato sauce and use it with idlis and dosas.

- 2 cups of Roasted Chana daal
- 10 – 12 roasted or dried green peppers
- 1 tbsp of aam choor powder
- ¼ tsp of salt

Mix all the above and grind coarsely. Store in an air tight jar for a few weeks.
