Roti with Various Flours

As described in the other roti recipes, roti / flat bread can be made with many combinations. By using various flours and combinations, you can reduce the dependence on wheat alone or eliminate it completely if you are allergic to wheat.

Here are a few combinations that I explored with:

- Wheat flour

- Wheat flour with a little quantity of soy flour

- Sorghum flour

- Red Millet flour

- Bajri (Sojja) flour

- Wheat and/or Sorghum and/or Red millet and/or Bajri flour mixed in different proportions

- Spelt flour (available in Whole Foods Market)
