Spinach Parota

- Finely chop about a pound of the spinach leaves and a half pound of onions. If you like, you can also add some carrots.

- Add 8-10 green peppers - grounded, 1 tbsp aam choor powder, 1 quarter tsp salt. Add some ground roasted sesame seeds powder. You can use any other nuts of your liking.

- Add all these to two cups of wheat flour or a mixture of wheat and millet flour. You should be able to mix the flour with the water in the chopped leaves alone, so be careful while adding water.

- Take a lemon-sized ball of the dough, and roll it like roti or pat it with hand. Cook in a pan like a pancake.

- This one is not only very nutritious, but so tasty, it is my son's most favorite bread.
