Upma with Flattened Rice

Exactly the same procedure as the Upma with Puffed Rice recipe.

The one difference is, you probably would only need 6 to 8 cups of flattened rice (Poha).

Also, depending on the thickness of the rice, you might have to soak the rice in water for a minute or two before draining the water out.
