Vegetables with Moong Daal

- Using the Stir Fries cooking method and adding a half-cup or so moong daal, you can prepare some interesting combinations.

- Precook the daal separately until al-dente.

- Cook the vegetables until al-dent.

- Add the precooked daal to the vegetables and add ground chillies, powdered nuts, salt, aam choor powder, coriander leaves etc and cook for a couple of minutes and turn the stove off.

- Some vegetables that work greatly with chana daal are:

             finely chopped cabbage
             finely choppled mooli / white radish
