Vegetable Juice

- By drinking vegetable juice, we will be able to provide the body with the vitamins, minerals, enzymes needed for the body

- Many people ask me why they cannot eat vegetables instead. We simply do not eat that many vegetables. That is why if we juice them and drink the extracted juice, it will be more beneficial to the body. I normally end up eating my vegetables for breakfast though. I eat a couple hundred grams of vegetables for breakfast instead of juice.

Preparation:
- You can use any type of vegetables of your choice. You might want to use carrots as the main ingredient. I love the juice cocktail made of 1 large carrot (250gms), 50gms of spinach or swiss chord etc, one small cucumber. This will yeild 1-1.5 cups of juice. Add a small Beet root to make it even more delicious.

- Please do not add any honey or fruits etc to this juice. Within a day or two, you will love the taste of the juice, you will be looking forward to your next cup.

- It will be best if you can use a juicer to prepare your juice. If you are buying one, make sure to buy one that results in very dry pulp and hence more juice

- If you do not have a juicer, you still can get started with enriching your body with the juice. Blend all these in a blender or food processor. Put a cloth on a bowl. Dump all the blended mix into the bowl. Sqeeze the juice out. This whole thing should take you 5 minutes or so.

- You can use the pulp as fertilizer to your plants.

Your site is wonderful. This is useful information for every body. Appreciate your effort in putting together this site.I have been trying to move to Dr. Raju's method a bit at a time. Is there a Juicer that worked well for you? I started to look around for one but its nothing like hearing from somebody who used it.
